Fan Casting Carmine Falcone in The Batman (1990)

Carmine Falcone (January 8, 1927 - November 27, 1990) also known as "The Roman", is the overarching antagonist of the Batman. He is the most powerful crime lord and kingpin of Gotham City, with near-total control of its criminal underworld with most of the police and elected officials on his payroll. He's also the former boss of sadistic hitman Jack Napier who would later become known as the Joker and also Falcone's killer. Falcone is also responsible for the deaths of Thomas and Martha Wayne so that Thomas would not win the election for mayor of Gotham in order to protect himself from the law. He is based off of John Turturro's portrayal in Matt Reeve's The Batman.
