For the longest time, Bruce Wayne has been Batman and has been watching over the city of Gotham. One day, Bruce meets Jason, a city punk who tried to steal a wheel from the Batmobile and takes him in as Robin. After the Joker escapes from Arkham, all hell breaks loose.
