Helena Bertinelli is the daughter and heir to the Bertinelli crime family, and cousin of Selina Kyle aka Catwoman. She was raped when she was 14, then sent off to a boarding school with a body guard. When she returned when she was 19, she witnessed the deaths of her family in an attack by the Falcones. She then started trying to hunt down Carmine Falcone but could not. Eventually she goes to Starling City following a lead, she is stopped by the Green Arrow, who helps to train her and she gets her signature crossbow. When she returns to Gotham, she reconnects with her cousin Selina and becomes a member of the Bat-Family.
