After the Power Surge, Rhonda Whitfield acquired the ability to manipulate light. She decides to use the abilities for her own personal gain, and becomes the villain called Madame Moonlight. She is fairly successful, until brought into contact with Mercury, who with the help of Aviator is able to defeat her.
