Zemo, hating superpowered beings because the Sentry destroyed his entire country and disfigured Zemo's face while battling a monster, sets out to control the Sentry with Hydra tech. He succeeds, prompting Director Bobbi Morse-Barton to assemble the Avengers to stop him.
