He, Enchantress, Skurge, Iron Monger, Crimson Dynamo, Abomination, & Absorbing Man break Klaw out of prison at the end of the film and offer him a place on their new team to destroy the Avengers which he accepts. He was also the one who broke Graviton out of his cell.
