Jean-Michel Basquiat (December 22, 1960 – August 12, 1988) was an American artist. His career in art began as a graffiti artist in New York City in the late 1970s, and in the 1980s produced Neo-expressionist painting. Basquiat died of a heroin overdose on August 12, 1988, at the age of 27. Arcane. You know it, you love it, I know I do. It's no secret that Arcane has a plethora of earworms and certified bangers across its two seasons, but the thought experiment again occurs (at least to me) and that's "hey, you know what would be cool? What if ______ sang ______ from Arcane. That would be cool!" Well, that's precisely the point of this story/forum, it's basically just an excuse to imagine which artists (living, dead and undecided) would best lend their vocals/ musical stylings to these already iconic songs. Think of it too as which artists across the decades would be best suited to contribute to these covers.
