Years after his first adventure, teenage Lucas Nickle must defend his insect family again when a ruthless exterminator, Rip Rowan, threatens to destroy the colony. To stop Mr. Rowan, Lucas's girlfriend, Laura, joins him in shrinking down to join the fight. The duo joins forces with Zoc, Hova, Fugax, and Kreela to orchestrate an underground resistance and save the colony before it is gone for good.
