Fan Casting Martin Li in The Amazing Spiderman 3

Is a skilled business man, philanthropist, has knowledge of historical art/artefacts, and leads the F.E.A.S.T. project in Manhattan. Outward appearances show him to be a kind and generous man to all who know him, without knowing he's harboring some dark secrets. Born with an unknown physiological condition, Li turned to Oscorp for help after exhausting his options. Norman Osborn had Li Injected with an experimental drug appearing to work at first, things soon spiraled out of control as the drug combined with his condition triggered a reaction drastically changing his physiology granting him dark powers with the resulting explosion killing his wife and oldest daughter. Watching Norman avoid responsibility for the incident and covering it up, Li swore revenge on Norman promising to make him pay and destroy Oscorp. Exposure to the drug left Li with the ability to generate and control powerful "negative energy", fueled by his anger and other negative emotions. The negative energy grants him enhanced physical strength, speed and endurance, making him a formidable foe. Can fire energy blasts and waves from his hands, or imbue this energy into weapons, granting them more damaging potential, he prefers to channel his energy through a Jikdo, a type of Korean double-edged sword. Can summon a demonic entity at full power to aid him in combat. Can corrupt other people with this energy by touching them, causing them to become highly aggressive towards anyone. Can probe the minds of others, allowing him to access and understand a target's deepest fears and regrets, and can create realistic illusions inside their mind to fight them from the inside-out. Despite this, Li also posses a healing touch that can cure various ailments and injuries as well as self-healing. Li put off his plans for revenge for years due to prioritizing raising his youngest daughter who survived the incident.
