Escaping prison, Norman Osborn targets Spider-Man for ruin. He recruits Doc Ock to engineer an ambush, unifying Electro, Rhino, Vulture, and Kraven into the Sinister Six. Five villains stage a robbery as bait, while Green Goblin stays hidden. Spider-Man arrives, cracking quips until Ock’s metallic claws trap him. A brutal five-on-one brawl erupts. Pushing his limits, he methodically neutralizes the villains one by one until all five lie unconscious.Peter answers a call from Gwen Stacy, but hears Norman’s chilling voice declaring Peter has lost. Racing across the city, Spider-Man crashes into Gwen’s apartment to find her held by the throat by Green Goblin. Norman rejects Peter’s pleas, shattering the window to fly toward the Brooklyn Bridge with Gwen. Spidey cuts off their escape at the apex. Laughing, Goblin hurls Gwen toward the traffic below. Peter dives, firing a web line. The web catches her, but the sudden whiplash breaks her neck, killing her instantly. Peter pulls off his mask, begging her body to wake up.Grief turns to fury. Peter confronts a mocking Goblin, unleashing a brutal assault. Norman taunts him, but Peter stops before delivering a fatal blow, refusing to become a murderer. A bloodied Norman calls him weak, igniting a pumpkin bomb. Peter’s Spider-Sense triggers a leap as the blast ruptures the bridge, allowing Goblin to escape. Peter saves civilians from the collapsing rubble before returning to Gwen's side. At the funeral, Mary Jane comforts a shattered Peter. Captain Stacy delivers a eulogy blaming Spider-Man, driving a guilt-ridden Peter to flee. Peter locks his suit away, abandoning his mantle. In a post-credits scene, Harry Osborn stands alone in his father's lab, staring into a mirror. Norman walks in, telling Harry he will finish the job and kill Peter. The camera pans to the mirror, revealing Harry is completely alone, exposing his growing madness. Cut to black.
