Spider-Man's strength and powers are tested when he finds himself to save the world after Manhattan gets threatened by a deadly cross-species virus and robots created by Oscorp mastermind Alistaire Smythe who wreck havoc across the streets, to destroy what Dr. Connors had created. The webbed hero will find himself to team up with the Lizard to put an end to the threats.
