Peter Parker, a bright yet socially inept student at Midtown Science High School, harbors feelings for Gwen Stacy, who reciprocates. Discovering his father’s connection with Oscorp scientist Dr. Curt Connors, Peter infiltrates Oscorp and is bitten by a genetically altered spider. This grants him superhuman abilities, including enhanced strength, senses, agility, speed, and wall-crawling capabilities.
