High-schooler Peter Parker lives with his uncle and aunt after his parents had disappeared. He becomes Spider-Man after getting bit by an irradiated spider in a lab, seeing his uncle murdered in the streets, and falling in love with high school girl Gwen Stacy. When he discovers his father's briefcase, Spider-Man swings over to Oscorp where he meets his father's partner genetically altered into a giant Lizard.
