When Joe Martello ran by him with loads of money, a guard wanted him to stop the criminal. But Spidey was too busy being famous to do so. After realizing his uncle was killed that night, he used his powers to hunt down the perp, taking down crook after crook, mugger after mugger until he found out the man who killed Uncle Ben was the same man that he let get away! Since then, he dedicated his life to make New York City a better place by sending criminals like Hammerhead to prison, not to the morgue.
