After a rescue from underwater, Mario's frog suit wouldn't come off. This is all a plot from King Koopa as he casts this spell on Mario so he would steal the Sultan's magic carpet. The gang finds a wizard to help undo Mario's curse but the old wizard ends up giving them frog suits. So Mario, Luigi, Princess Toadstool, and Toad have to hurry to the castle in the dry, dry desert wearing frog suits. The Princess suggests using their weaknesses as strength to get to the castle and stop Koopa.
