When the ruler of Dream Land (the capital state of Planet Popstar) is possessed by a strange entity and begins hoarding the lands food, Kirby, a Star Warrior in his infancy, decides to head out to the castle of King Dedede to defeat him, find the possessor, and take the land's food back.
