With the looming threat of Apokolyps Booster Gold decides to return to his time to try and find out what happens in the war. Upon returning he finds nothing about it and this sets him on a hunt to figure out who's changing the past. Meanwhile he learns that his time is slowly disappearing and he needs to stop off at different points in the future to recruit some of the Futures bravest and boldest.
