April Terri Winchell (born January 4, 1960) is an American actress, voice actress, writer, talk radio host and commentator. She is best known as the official voice of Clarabelle Cow in the Disney franchise since 1996.
Arrogant young Emperor Leo San Juan is transformed into a donkey by his power-hungry advisor -- the devious diva Chelsea Van Der Zee. Stranded in the jungle, Leo's only chance to get back home and reclaim the high life rests with a good-hearted peasant named Bill Green. Together, they must return Leo to the throne before Chelsea tracks them down and finishes him off.
