The Police Commissioner of the GCPD. Gordon is one of the few people who knows the truth about Harvey Dent but covers it up as per Batman's wishes. Jim still meets with Batman in secret on the roof of the GCPD (where the destroyed Bat-Signal lies) to work with him on a case involving the supposed return of one of Gotham's oldest criminals "The Riddler". His wife Barbara had left him and took the kids due to Harvey Dent being praised as a hero by Gotham.
