A professor working for the Cairo museum. Having met with Steve and Babe about their lead to the tomb, he manages to convince the board of the museum to fund their expedition, but only partially. He joins them on the expedition once they gather the remainder. After witnessing Kharis's attacks, he joins Steve in his attempt to rescue Marta. He is injured fighting Kharis, but survives, and offers both Steve and babe a job at the museum once they gets back from visiting Steve's sister in the US.
