Fan Casting Richard Parker in Teresa Parker (TV Series)

At the beginning of the series, Richard Parker is already missing. However, after a long time, Richard Parker's face is revealed for the first time in the first episode of season 4, where Richard is seen in an orphanage telling Teresa that he was going on another mission when she was a child.
