Fan Casting Mayor Harris in Teresa Parker (TV Series)

Season 1: After Teresa becomes suspicious of then-businessman Luke Carlyle, she goes to City Hall to talk to the mayor about Carlyle. The mayor reveals that he already suspected the Carlyles. So, he offers to help her. He sends Teresa to get evidence against Carlyle. Teresa receives evidence of Carlyle with other men who ran the remnants of a man named Foswell's empire in New York. The mayor says that it is not enough and that more evidence is needed on him. When Teresa returns with new evidence, the mayor calls her to a meeting. The mayor says that he wanted to tell her something, but before he can tell her what it was, he is shot in the head by one of Carlyle's henchmen and dies instantly.
