Character Description

A few months after the events of Screwball, a drug dealer known as the Fifth Avenue Phantom appears in the first episode of season 4 selling his own unique compounds whenever he could. When meeting with one of the Russian shoppers, the Fifth Avenue Phantom was ambushed by some Plato policemen, until Teresa Parker soon appears in her winged attire under her jacket, restraining and unmasking the Fifth Avenue Phantom.
