Based on the 1987 Ninja Turtles TV series. A special cartoon crossover between the TMNT and Wild West C.O.W.-Boys of Moo Mesa (1992). Donatello remodels his dimensional portal and gets the coordinates to Moo Mesa where the Turtles’ C.O.W.-Boy friends stand up for law and order. But what he doesn’t know is the Masked Bull, Saddle Sore Scorpion, and Boot Hill Buzzard come through the portal to give Moo and his deputies the slip. Then after they go above ground and discover the city of New York, they start to commit crimes and terrorize the city. Now Moo and his deputies must get help from the Turtles to catch the Masked Bull, kick some behind, and take names! Lily Bovine and Cowlamity Kate tag along as well, much to the Turtles' surprise. Even better, Lily and Cowlamity befriend April and Irma face to face. And after they stop him, Donatello sends the Masked Bull and Saddle Sore and Boot Hill with his earth-travel portal to the Mojave Desert where the Technodrome is stranded.
