He was a human named Hamato Yoshi who used to live in Japan until he was banished from the Foot Clan and lived in the sewers of the Big Apple, then mutated into a rat. He wears a maroon kimono around his body and has 2 foot bands on his feet. He has a walking stick and uses it for a good weapon.
