Wally Wingert (born May 6, 1961) is an American voice actor, singer and former DJ. His roles include Almighty Tallest Red in Invader Zim, Renji Abarai in Bleach, Kotetsu T. Kaburagi / Wild Tiger in Tiger & Bunny, The Riddler in the Batman: Arkham series, the mascot of H.H. Gregg and Jon Arbuckle in The Garfield Show.

Leonardo, Donatello, Michelangelo, Raphael, with Leo's love interest Elizabeth Gordon, and their new friend Alopex the mutant arctic fox who's a former agent of the foot clan, and Raphael's girlfriend and she also had a human partner Angel Bridge aka Nobody along side, and even their new recruit Kuta.
