It's the 31st of December, and the Ninja Turtles (based on the 1987 TV series), and especially the Punk Frogs are joining April and Irma to stay up late until midnight for New Year's Day. But Shredder and Krang greet the Turtles and their friends with a diabolical plan to hypnotize every citizen at midnight on New Year's Eve and have their own mindless slaves to take over the world.
