About 3 months after dismantling the TechnoDrome, the Turtles find a group of fellow mutants who are concerned of the reputation of their kind with the arrival of Cammy Leon, a chameleon mutant who is a former experiment animal from TCRI who wants to wipe out humans because of the suffering the inflected on her. On top of this, Krang and Baxter Stockman are back with the latter now being in the form of mutated Fly.
