Fan Casting Rat King in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Warriors

Once just a normal vagrant, the Rat King came up with his moniker when he came into contact with a canister of mutagen. Rather than mutate him, the Rat King experienced another factor of mutagen-- unique evolutionary factors in those it mutates. For the Rat King, it allowed him telepathic control over rodents of all kinds, leading him to become their monarch as well as confronting the Turtles when he controlled Splinter briefly. Now, Rat King has allied himself with the Foot as they search for the mysterious Kuroi Yoroi.
