Fan Casting Baxter Stockman in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Warriors

A brilliant, though deranged, scientist, Baxter Stockman first met the Turtles when he had been hired by Shredder to use his Mouser robots, designed to help pest issues in New York, to hunt Splinter. With that failing, Baxter was retained by Shredder and Krang for his genius. Eventually, mutagen ended up spilled on Baxter, mutating him into a humanoid fly form. In this state, he still retains his intelligence, but also has enhanced physical abilities, flight, the ability to cling to surfaces, and deadly acidic saliva he uses to fight on top of his genius.
