The Shredder (Oroku Saki, Japanese: 大六咲) is a fictional supervillain who appears in the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles comics and all of its related media. The Shredder was created by Kevin Eastman and Peter Laird and first appeared alongside the Turtles in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles #1 in May 1984. In every incarnation of the TMNT franchise, he is depicted as the leader of the criminal organization known as the Foot Clan, and serves as the archenemy of the Turtles and Splinter. In 2009, The Shredder was ranked as IGN's 39th-greatest comic book villain of all time.

New York, a city of aspiration and equality, or atleast it was. A mysterious virus outbreak has caused many to developed weirds transformations that turned them into feral beings known as mutants. A company known as T.C.R.I. was able to captured them all and put them in a area to use them as test projects for their nefarious experiments. Now four mutants who we're taken from their families and trained under the first mutant must fight agains't the oppression and get their freedom back.
