Based on the 1987 Ninja Turtles TV series. Krang repairs the weather maker from General Traag when it was destroyed by the Turtles and assigns Shredder to use it to make a huge thunderstorm in New York and flood it. The Turtles have to stop him and destroy the weather maker like they did last time when Krang's Stone Warriors arrived. As they say in one of the songs, "We did it before, and we can do it again!"
