Leo, Raph, Donnie and Mikey have settle to the life of being normal teenagers, but Cynthia Utrom still want them captured, so she calls the ultimate weapon the Shredder. (Note in this one they will add the Shredder and Casey Jones, use the same cast from the first movie)
