Kisu was raised by his mother in a troubled neighborhood in Missouri and had to fight at school to keep his lunch money. He started his martial arts training there at the age of 6. When he left school he joined the military and special forces for 6 years. Meanwhile Kisu became skilled in Muay Thai and Tae Kwon Do. Oveseas he met his teacher Ken Hui and has studied there ever since. Kisu is now an expert in Northern Shaolin. He has earned the title Sifu. He's a great fighter since he was able to survive the underground fights in California, where he made a lot of money. Years ago the arts was spread across the world. A great teacher came to the USA to pass the tradition. That teacher was Master So Bin Yuen. He taught the arts to Master Ken Hui in Los Angeles. Master Hui is Kisu's teacher. Kisu himself has traveled the whole world to become even better and hangs out with his best friends who are also martial artists. Some of his friends and co-stars are the famous T.J. Storm and Eric Lee. Kisu is an accomplished athlete and gymnast. He used his skills as can been seen on television in his roles as an actor or stuntman. Some of the most famous productions are Power Rangers and Shootfighter 1. He also choreographed for The Powr Rangers. Besides acting he was also a bodyguard to many stars. Kisu also appeared in many theaters and is a skilled snowboarder and motorcycle rider. Kisu has a daughter and four well disciplined sons. Two of which are martial arts champions in Chinese Forms and Fighting. The oldest separated from the Army after two deployments to Iraq, and is now in school majoring in Computer Animation and Game Design.

Splinter was formely a human being named an honorable ninja master Hamoto Yoshi. Yoshi was banished from the Foot Clan in Japan after being decived by the sedtious Oroku Saki, who pinned Yoshi's dogi to the wall with a knife, preventing him from kneeling before there sensei, which was seen as an insult. When Yoshi removed the knife, the sensei and his followers belived this to be an assassinatoin attempt. Exiled from the ninja clan, Hamato Yoshi moved to New York City, where he lived in the sewers. While living in the sewers with the rats as his friends, Yoshi one day found four turtles, recently bought from a pet store by an unnamed boy who accidentally dropped them in the sewer. Yoshi returned one day from his explorations around New York to find the turtles covered with a strange glowing ooze. The substance caused the turtles - most recently exposed to Yoshi - to become humanoid, while Yoshi - most recently where the turtles to become humanoid with a rat and given the name "Splinter", Yoshi adopts the four turtles as his sons and trains them in the art of ninjutsu. He names them after his four italian renasisance artists: Leonardo Raphael Donatello and Michelangelo together they will find the ooze and make there master human once more.
