A year after the events of the previous film, the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles continue to defend New York City, with the support of April O'Neil. However, Krang, a terrible alien tyrant, frees Shredder and his accomplices from prison, before taking them to his ship, the Technodrome, in order to dominate the world !
