He used to be a member of the First Suicide Squad (which was created by Amanda Waller and Maxwell Lord years ago), he is reunited with the gang by Maxwell Lord who convinces them that he will give them revenge against the woman who tortured them and throw them under the bus, he alongisde his comrades fights the Teen Titans and the Suicide Squad until he is betrayed and killed by Maxwell Lord who implanted him the nano-explosive inside his neck along with the others members of the First Suicide Squad the whole time without he or them noticing, they all die except Lobo who survives the head explosion.
