Bolt is going to be a main character in the movie, she used to be a second rate thief who developed her metahuman powers since she was 12 years old, for an unknown reason her powers have some kind of powerful and wild connection to the Speed Force that not only grants her super-speed like the Flash but also she could also be capable to manipulate reality or create multiversal branches through the Speed Force's time and space continuity, that's the reason why Maxwell Lord, Amanda Waller and the Joker wants to hunt her down while the Teen Titans only wants to help her, she is going to be developing a friendship with the Titan member Brawn (Larry Mendel) who feels compassion for her.
