The dreaded organization called H.I.V.E., led by the twisted mind of the villain Brain, has begun a manhunt to kidnap gifted young people and use them as guinea pigs in laboratory tests. To contain this threat, Nightwing and the Titans race against time to unite a new generation of young heroes and dismantle the enemy operation.
