Robin and the rest of the Teen Titans, along with some new recruits, continue to protect those in need. However, two new villains show themselves, them being Blackfire, Starfire's evil twin sister, and Doctor Light, a madman seeking to become the most powerful man in the world. Now it's up to the Titans to stop them.
