Diego Alejandro Tinoco (born November 25, 1997) is an American actor. He is best known for playing Cesar Diaz in Netflix series On My Block. His father is Mexican from Michoacán and his mother is of Ecuadorian descent from Quito.
The Titans from the past and now take sides as Nightwing continues to protect and harbor Red Hood who the world sees as nothing more than a threat and that really is put to the test when people are able to choose either team Nightwing or team Batman (Tim Drake).
