Vicious Victor (Ving Rhames) is the man antagonist and evil villain who constantly plots to take over the world. He is the arch foe of Team Tyranno and hates the t-rexes for every time they foil his plans. His secret lair is an abandoned movie theater in the middle of San Diego. He also gets impatient with his henchmen's lack of knowledge.
