Dr. Hector Caper (Matthew Mercer) is Dr. Liz Caper's brother and a mad scientist. When he and his sister were at a science fair in San Diego, Dr. Liz got first prize instead of him. That's when he got mad at Liz for making a fool of him and swore to have his revenge on her one day and destroy San Diego. He is also one of Team Tyranno's worst enemies.
