Jenny's creepy and perverted superior. Horace rapes young female soldiers by using his position and power as an NCO. However, none of the victim were able to turn him in because they were scared of the revenge they were going to get. He takes videos of him raping these young female soldiers and threatens to jeopardize their military career by releasing their videos.
