Jenny's Sergeant Major. When Jenny asked him for help after she got raped by Horace, Owen silenced her and even touched her and said that she has to be the little barracks bunny for the battalion in order to get easily promoted. After feeling helpless after that experience, it drove Jenny to suicide.
