Original Character. The kindhearted Commissioner General of NYPD. After his assistant Martin spots Jeremiah protesting on front of NYPD headquarters, he invites him to his office. He decides to help Jeremiah and Martin to seek justice for the death of their friend. However, after learning many cops including Chief Mark Collins is dirty, he decides that it would be extremely dangerous and nearly impossible to have an open investigation. He activates Ghost Protocol, where if they fail the case, the NYPD will disavow any actions that they took, and all 3 of them will lose their jobs. He is also friends with Alan and Ian from law school.
