A dirty NYPD captain in Brooklyn, and also John's friend. When Maria asks Zeke who was in a police car for help, he does not help her and sends her straight back to John in exchange for some cash. Kyle rams and flips Zeke's patrol car with his modified Crown Vic, and takes the camera in so he can report to NYPD HQ.
