Brian Durlin was an ordinary guy who was enlisted in to the army during the Desert Storm operation, where he learned of his great skills in combat and weaponry and that he had a skill in computer hacking. After leaving the army, Durlin became Savant, hoping to become a hero, but he ends up on the wrong side of the tracks when he meets Antonio Diego, who has been transformed into the super soldier known as “Bane”. Together they find themselves hunting down Knight and Squire.
