The daughter of filmmaker Bruce Paltrow and actress Blythe Danner, she established herself as a leading lady, appearing primarily in mid-budget and period films during the 1990s and early 2000s, before transitioning to blockbusters and franchises. Disney’s Tangled (2010) tells the story of Rapunzel, a young princess with magical long hair, who leaves her hidden tower with the help of the charming rogue Flynn Rider.
