Tony Zucco is a mob boss who has operated out of Blüdhaven for years, he leant money to his old friends John and Mary Grayson but when they were unable to pay him back and he discovered that John had been the father of his daughter, he had their circus equipment sabotaged and they were killed. Leading to their son Dick Grayson becoming Robin and putting him in Blackgate Penitentiary.
