The New MulToonVerse (Phase Two: Mutant Mayhem)
When brotherly brave yet reckless pilots Chance Furlong and Jake Clawson are discharged from a paramilitary police force known as "The Enforcers," they decide to take things into their own hands when it's revealed the sinister Dark Kat is working with mad scientist Dr. Viper and the Metallikat Mob Mac and Molly Mange to turn Megakat City into a lawless town. The duo track down and ask the help of Pippa, the ingenious teenage great-granddaughter of a retired Shamus and Peeky-Poo, the only dogs living in Megakat City. With Pippa's engineering and intel help, the duo become radical vigilantes: The SWAT Kats! With the assistance of Pippa and deputy mayor Callie Briggs, the SWAT Kats work to battle Dark Kat, who plans to release an army of bad guys from prison to make the Enforcers look like fools, thus taking over the city.
